Michael Schrier serves as Counsel in Jackson Kelly's Washington, D.C., office where he focuses his practice in the areas of labor and employment, government contracts, commercial litigation, and construction. Mr. Schrier's experience includes defending employers in Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs audits, Service Contract Act, Davis Bacon Act, and Fair Labor Standards Act investigations by the Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division, as well as more employment discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, unfair labor practice, worker misclassification, non-competition, and trade secret misappropriation claims in federal and state trial and appellate courts and administrative hearings.
