Claybourn and Zirkle to Present at ILMCT Institute & Academy

Joshua A. Claybourn and Seth B. Zirkle will present at the 24th Annual Indiana League of Municipal Clerks and Treasurers (ILMCT) Institute & Academy at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, on Monday, March 11 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The title of their presentation is “Doing Your Homework: Buying and Selling Municipal Property.” Regardless of size, all communities will at one time either buy or sell property. There are detailed requirements that must be minded and the failure to do so can have significant negative consequences for your municipality. Zirkle is a Member focusing primarily on real estate and business transactions. Claybourn is a Member focusing primarily on state and local government, intellectual property, utility regulation, and commercial transactions. Both Zirkle and Claybourn practice out of the Evansville office.
