Jackson Kelly Attorneys Named to 2018 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers and Rising Stars Lists

Jackson Kelly PLLC is pleased to announce that firm Member and Manager of the firm’s Pittsburgh office R. Henry "Hank" Moore has been named a 2018 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer and firm Member Patrick W. Dennison has been listed as a 2018 Pennsylvania Rising Star. Mr. Dennison also works out of the firm’s Pittsburgh office.

Mr. Moore is recognized as a Super Lawyer in the area of Employment and Labor. His practice includes representation of employers in investigations and inspections by the various agencies of U.S. Department of Labor and in litigation under various federal statutes related to occupational safety and health and under analogous state statutes. A member of the firm's Workplace Safety and Health Practice Group, he focuses his practice in the areas of litigation of civil enforcement matters, accident investigation, compliance counseling, potential criminal enforcement matters, and discrimination claims under both state and federal statutory provisions. He has counseled clients in a variety of industries, including coal mining, metal and nonmetal mining, stone, sand and gravel operations.
A member of Jackson Kelly’s Workplace Safety and Health Practice Group and its Construction and Energy industry groups, Mr. Dennison is recognized as a Rising Star in the area of Energy & Natural Resources. His practice focuses primarily on litigation of state and federal civil and criminal enforcement actions in the areas of occupational safety and health and mine safety and health. Mr. Dennison represents clients in various industries, including mining, construction, oil and gas, and solar energy. His experience includes assisting employers in federal and state investigations of workplace accidents and fatalities, and representing employers and corporate agents in civil and criminal cases arising out of enforcement actions under workplace safety laws and regulations. Mr. Dennison’s experience also extends to labor and employment issues, including representing employers in discrimination and wrongful discipline or discharge cases.
