Lexington Office Has Moved to City Center

Jackson Kelly PLLC is pleased to announce that its Lexington, KY office has moved to The Offices at City Center on November 4, 2019. The Firm occupies nearly 12,000 square feet on the 7th floor of the complex, which opened in May 2019.
The Offices at City Center is a new world-class, $200 million mixed-use development created by The Webb Companies, Central Kentucky’s oldest and largest commercial real estate firm. The commercial property includes a 700-car underground parking garage, ground-level retail featuring Keeneland Mercantile, Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse, and Starbucks, all of which opened in April. In addition to the 12-story office building, the complex includes residential condominium penthouses, a 230-room Marriott Hotel, and 120-suite Residence Inn by Marriott with a rooftop bar will occupy the space. The Webb Companies has even provided a Live Cam, which streams the City Center in real-time video online.
The Offices at City Center is in the heart of Lexington’s central business district, just steps from the Fayette County District and Circuit Courthouses, Rupp Arena, the Lexington Convention Center and City Hall. It offers tenants convenient parking, flexible floor plans, on-site security, and state-of-the-art energy management systems.
