Patrick Estill to speak at Kentucky Association of Counties' Leadership Institute

Patrick Estill, attorney in Lexington, is speaking next week at the first session of the Kentucky Association of Counties' (KACo) Leadership Institute in Frankfort, KY on April 3. His topic is "Economic Development/P3; How to Move Your County Forward". He will be presenting with Warren Rogers of W. Rogers Co. on the P3 portion of the Institute.
The training session is a collaboration between the Kentucky Association of Counties, Kentucky League of Cities, and Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. The Leadership Institute offers continuing education through workshops for local officials at regional sites throughout the Commonwealth. KACo utilizes a network of educators, including in-house staff and other individuals with extensive experience in government. To attend, register here.
