Steve Mulligan to Present at Colorado Bar Association Business Law Institute

Steve Mulligan will be presenting at the upcoming Colorado Bar Association's Business Law Institute seminar in Colorado on September 12-13, 2019. His presentation will be on Friday, September 13 and is part of a panel titled: "Bid rigging and the Ever-Growing Consumer Protection Act (CPA)."
