Steve Mulligan to Present at National Business Institute's seminar

Steve Mulligan will be giving two presentations at the upcoming National Business Institute's seminar, Construction Law:  Advanced Issues and Answers. His first presentation, "Payment Problems with Change Orders and Extra Work," takes a closer look at the difficult scenarios concerning change orders. The second presentation, "Indemnification Disputes and Additional Insured Pitfalls," will show what language is enforceable in clauses relating to indemnification and additional insureds, how courts construe them, and how anti-indemnification laws affect them.
