Alexandra M. Kitts is a Member in the Health Care industry group, focusing primarily on litigation. She practices out of the Firm’s office in Charleston, West Virginia.
Alex routinely defends doctors, nurses, hospitals, and other health care providers in actions brought under the West Virginia Medical Professional Liability Act (MPLA).
She earned her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2014. While in law school, she served on the Executive Board of the Moot Court Bar and was selected to the Order of the Barristers for excellence in oral advocacy.
Alex graduated with honors from West Virginia University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and a minor in philosophy.
