Ashley M. Harman is a Member in the Coal and Energy industry groups, focusing primarily on coal. She practices out of the Firm’s office in Morgantown, West Virginia.
Ashley’s practice centers on the representation of coal companies before the United States Department of Labor and the Office of Administrative Law Judges. She also represents clients at the appellate level before the Benefits Review Board and the United States Court of Appeals.
Her clients can be sure Ashley will provide them the best representation from start to finish – from developing case files, to planning case strategy, to representing clients at hearings, Ashley enjoys it all. She’s also a big fan of organization, which is key when it comes to presenting a case successfully. One of Ashley’s greatest strengths is her ability to streamline things in order achieve their maximum potential. This love of organization extends to her personal life, too, which means you won’t find a messy garage or junk drawer at her house.
One of Ashley’s favorite parts of working at the Firm is serving as a mentor to Associates, guiding them on case development and writing. She has a keen interest in exercise and fitness and also loves to cook and bake. Ashley often spends her down time diving into new books.
