Colby Bryson is Counsel in the Litigation Practice group focusing primarily on General Litigation. He practices out of the Firm's office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Colby brings his clients nearly 12 years of litigation experience covering a wide array of practice areas and industries across multiple jurisdictions in state and federal courts related to litigation, product liability litigation, commercial litigation and more. He has handled cases involving commercial disputes, breaches of contract, product liability, construction disputes, personal injury, wrongful death, industrial accidents, property disputes, hazing, landlord/tenant matters, property damage, auto/trucking accidents, mechanic’s liens, consumer class actions and more.
Colby has represented various utility companies in multiple states in cases involving fatalities, catastrophic injuries, property disputes, stray voltage, property damage, and breaches of contract. He has over a decade of experience representing manufacturers, suppliers and premises owners in toxic tort litigation in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio. He has also assisted with the representation of multiple toxic tort clients at the national level as national coordinating counsel.
Colby’s broad experience has made him adept at handling all phases of litigation from pre-suit through discovery and conclusion. He has extensive experience in courtrooms throughout the region as he is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio.
