Colby Bryson is a Member in the Litigation Practice group focusing primarily on General Litigation. He practices out of the Firm's office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Colby brings over 12 years of litigation experience across a wide range of practice areas and industries in state and federal courts. He has handled cases involving commercial disputes, breaches of contract, product liability, construction disputes, personal injury, wrongful death, industrial accidents, property disputes, hazing, landlord/tenant matters, property damage, auto/trucking accidents, mechanic’s liens, and consumer class actions.
Colby also has over a decade of experience representing manufacturers, suppliers, and premises owners in asbestos and toxic tort litigation in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio. He manages cases from initiation through resolution, defending a wide range of products, including pumps, cranes, valves, HVAC equipment, and household appliances. Colby also has prior experience coordinating discovery on a national level for manufacturers of various types of products involved in asbestos litigation.
Colby has represented utility companies in cases involving fatalities, catastrophic injuries, property disputes, stray voltage, property damage, and contract breaches in multiple states.
Licensed in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio, Colby is adept at handling all phases of litigation, from pre-suit through resolution, and has extensive courtroom experience throughout the region.
