Dale H. Harrison is Counsel in the Oil & Gas industry group, focusing primarily on commercial litigation, oil and gas, and real estate. He practices out of the Firm’s office in Morgantown, West Virginia.
Dale’s practice centers on litigation matters pertaining to oil and gas and real estate disputes, as well as complex contract disputes. He especially enjoys the research and writing part of his practice. Dale has handled a number of matters concerning mineral transactions and acquisitions, including coordinating and performing due diligence, conducting title examinations, drafting title opinions, providing defect curative analysis and recommendations, and drafting division order title opinions (DOTO).
Dale graduated from the West Virginia College of Law and has a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, West Virginia.
