J. Parker Zopp is an Associate practicing with the Business Law practice group, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions and other transactional matters. He practices out of the Firm's office in Charleston, West Virginia.
Parker earned his Juris Doctor, with a business law concentration, from William & Mary Law School where he was a member of the William & Mary Business Law Review. Parker’s legal experience includes a summer internship for The Honorable Frank W. Volk, U.S. District Judge and former Chief Bankruptcy Judge, United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. Parker earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in economics from West Virginia University. In addition to his legal experience, Parker served as a diplomatic intern for the U.S. Embassy in Malta and also interned for Congressman Evan Jenkins.
