Raquel Vélez-Davis is an Associate in the Litigation Practice group, focusing primarily on General Litigation. She practices out of the Firm's office in Morgantown, West Virginia.
Raquel brings an unique experience to the law. An Ivy league undergraduate who worked with families, children and the foster system, she brings a sense of care and understanding in the legal profession few have obtained.
Her experience in litigation began in the Family Law Clinic at the WVU College of Law and continues with drafting court documents and researching novel litigation issues.
In her free time, Raquel enjoys enjoys exploring national and state parks in the family RV and cheering on her children at various sporting events. When not reading case law and statutes, Raquel enjoys reading for fun and relaxing by the fire in her backyard.
