Ryan K. Parker is Counsel practicing in the Business Law practice group, focusing primarily on real estate matters. He practices out of the Firm's office in Evansville, Indiana.
Ryan counsels clients in all aspects of business law, real estate, contract negotiations, entity formation, enterprise risk and insurance procurement, mergers and acquisitions (and its related due diligence), litigation management, corporate governance, and other areas of general business counsel.
Ryan has extensive experience representing parties in the purchase and/or sale of commercial real estate and reviewing, negotiating, and drafting commercial contracts, leases, and declarations. Having practiced in different business and legal capacities during his career, Ryan utilizes his years of experience as an in-house general counsel to provide practical and effective legal solutions to all sizes of businesses. He has also acted as fiduciary, closing agent, and escrow agent in multiple types of real estate closing activities.
Ryan earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, magna cum laude, in finance and economics from University of Evansville.
When not practicing law, Ryan enjoys sailing, golfing, scuba diving, and marksmanship. He is also a musician and singer and a die-hard Florida State University football fan. He and his wife, Leeann, have been married for 23 years so his singing must be pretty good.
