Stacey Skillman is Counsel in the Trusts and Estates practice group, focusing primarily on estate planning. She practices out of the Firm's office in Lexington, Kentucky.
Stacey brings over 20 years of legal experience to her clients and the Firm. Her time as an attorney is a wide ranging skill set that includes estate planning, estate administration, fiduciary litigation, legal research, legal writing, appellate practice, and public utility law. Stacey is licensed to practice in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Texas.
Having prepared hundreds of estate plans and represented clients in probate court for a number of years, Stacey understands the unique legal needs of both individuals and families. She knows that all persons need comprehensive estate plans to ensure their wishes are honored and followed and their loved ones are protected. Stacey finds great professional satisfaction in helping individuals and families create estate plans that provide them with peace of mind. It is her care and understanding of these sensitive issues that lets her clients know they are her first priority.
When not in the office, Stacey enjoys giving back to her community through volunteering with Special Olympics and volunteer lawyer programs in which she can assist with estate planning through Wills clinics.
