Steven P. Mutersbaugh serves as the Managing Member of the Akron, Ohio office and practices in the Banking, Financial Services, and Tax groups, focusing primarily on estate planning, elder law, probate-related litigation, and business matters.
Steve is highly experienced in business succession planning, estate planning, special needs trusts, estate and trust administration, elder law, guardianship law, and will, trust, and related litigation. Steve has committed his entire career to assisting his clients in these areas. Steve’s dedication to his clients and practice areas are evident in his passionate representation of clients and speaking engagements driven to educate his clients and the general public about the importance of planning for the future. Steve is a trusted advisor to his clients and often works with his clients to develop a team of professionals to ensure all of the client’s concerns are addressed. Steve is active in the community, as well as professional organizations. He is a member of the Akron Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Tax and Estate Planning Council of Akron. He is a past president of the Dapper Dan Club of Akron, a member of Bluecoats, and the Akron Bar Association Street Law Program. Steve has been named an Akron Bar Association Fellow, and is a board member of the United Way of Summit and Medina Counties.
