On May 16, 2021, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) issued updated guidance for masking noting that fully vaccinated individuals did not need to wear a mask in most settings. On Sunday March 29, 2020 the Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”) issued guidance on which workers that the Department considers part of the “Essential Critical Workforce” during the coronavirus.
